4th January - New Year Lunch Music by Eleanor and Alan Potts President Sandy Laird hosted the club's Annual Lunch at the Cornhill Hotel on Tuesday 4th January at which a presentation was made to Bill Whiteside in recognition of his many years service on the club's committee. After an excellent lunch the company were privileged to be entertained by the highly professional talents of Eleanor and Allan Potts. Eleanor's singing and Allan's expertise at the piano ranged from Mozart to Gershwin, and provided a fitting end to a wonderful afternoon. The club's next meeting is on Tuesday 18th January when the speaker will be Archie Hunter whose topic will be Experiences of a Tropical Vet.
